Can project HR take disciplinary actions against me?
I'm allocated to the project without consent 5 days ago and now I'm not onboarding to the project location because I've never given consent to the project still I'm allocated into it. Now the project team and project HR giving daily reminder emails from 5-6 days and today he sent an email that if I won't come to project location then they'll take DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS against me. There are multiple TCS offices in my city. I'm going to different TCS location where I used to go and not the project location TCS office. What will happen if I don't go or accept project? Can the project HR or project team, including RMG can take any action against me in terms of disciplinary action? I don't wanna work in the project and I've clearly tell the project team and RMG still they're not releasing me.
If you are not a fresher then raise a grievance on the people who told that they will take disciplinary action
Bro how to raise grievance as I am also facing same issue.. I had consent to my project and allocated somewhere else.... Now imposed SAWA on me and threatened me to impose LOP also... My account completely locked by hr and team managers.... Including ultimatix.Tell me how to raise grievance... It's urgent bro
It's in ultimatix unless you get access to ultimatix you can't raise it
This can happen only in big companies like TCS.. smaller firms and other international firms would've eaten you for breakfast .. that being said.. they will probably mark you absconding.. better to join and not work for 2 months and get released and then stay on bench for some time before repeating

I wish if it's canadian client then I can work from remotely and can come to office for few hours. But it's a government project

They can not take any disciplinary action against you if you have not given any consent to join project. Tell them politely that you are ready to work from your city and ready to put best efforts. If they don’t agree on this and continue the same treatment, loop one level up (HR head or project head) and explain that you have not given consent and still they are forcing.
If nothing works, report the location, act as if you want to work but you don’t have necessary skill and act dumb. Nobody will like their work getting hampered, eventually they will understand that, they will be at loss if they continue your allocation
RMG will forcefully allocate you if you are not giving project interviews or rejecting 3 projects. How many days have you been unallocated before you were forcefully allocated?
RMG is team of witches and bitches. I've not given a single interview. Didn't got much calls and within 3-4 days, the project team asked for my allocation and RMG approved it even if I denied. Before mh profile become available in war room, I was allocated in it. When profile was in war room, same day I got 40+ calls. Then when I asked RMG to give me allocation on other projects out of 40 calls, 2 projects, he (RMG) denied and said that I've allocated to the project and project team won't release you 😞
If your project odc belongs from same city where you reside then you are liable to work on that project even if it is far from home still you will have to come that office. For that they dont need your concent..
Dude..this same thing happened to me a few years back. I was having 1.5 years of experience back then .. and they just allocated me in a random project. And on top of that they also raised a disciplinary action against me because I refused to join. The day i received the mail, i simply raised a grievance against that HR and escalated it . Then within 3 days they resolved my issue and allocated me in a project having the technology I wanted to work on.
Bro how to raise that grievance and I am fresher this is my first project so I am ready to face anything help me in this bro.give suggestions,my another two colleagues facing the same issue.
They can cut down your variable pay first and after sometime if still continues they may stop your salary as well

If yes then you have already filled the project consent form.
