Trending @Capgemini; Can Privilege Leave Cut Down Notice Period Instead of Encashment?

I heard that if you have 30 days of privilege leave and resign, HR or the case manager might offer you the option to reduce your 90-day notice period to 60 days by adjusting those 30 days of leave—rather than encashing them.

Has anyone experienced this or know if it’s true?

Hi All, this need to check with your bu hr and n+1 bcz if ur project is dependent on you they won't let you go. If it manageable then I think they will be relieved the employee.
