Leave policy to reduce notice Period
Is there any HR here? Can we use earned leaves to reduce our notice period. If “Yes” then what is the procedure. Can anyone help in this topic?
I am currently serving my notice period, and one month has already been completed. I am wondering if it is possible to negotiate the remaining notice period by utilizing my earned leave balance or through a buyout option.
Has anyone been successful in reducing their notice period using these methods? If so, what was the process like, and what steps should I take to initiate this with HR?
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
For my case it was not possible, if not on bench then only on the basis of medical emergency and with proper evidence you can negotiate otherwise no chance
