Trending @Accenture; Can notice period be reduced?
I have an offer in hand but the new company has said 1nov joining can I reduce my notice period from 2 months further?? Assuming one month will be reduced by leave encashment . Please suggest
It is possible but depends on your manager whether he takes the billing hit for 1 month and replacement...you need to convince him only he has power on this as he need to take approval from DU lead..if you see they keep you like mgr say hr and hr to mgr then they are not interested and you to go strong email like adding mental trauma and other mental health conditions kind of black mail them..but it is tricky and difficult to handle it..they may give you bad feedback and you can't come back to Accenture in future
HR will ask for buy back....that could be salary of two months but u can negotiate...!!! But ideally I will say pu t down the paper only if u have offer of the company which is ready to wait for 90 days....then 3 months me ap interview de sakte ho aur to get more CTC

Then only discussion happen also discuss with manager
If you are already serving notice then request your manager to approve, in case if there is back up to replace then there will be high chances.
