Trending @Accenture; Can Notice Period Be Negotiated by Paying Salary?

I have received a good offer, and the new company is asking me to join immediately, or within a maximum of one month. If I request my manager to reduce my notice period by paying the corresponding amount to Accenture, is this allowed as per company policy?
