Can my manager retain me if I have offer letter with 60% hike ? Current Ctc 14 lpa

I know it's little dumb to ask this but still would appreciate y'all opinion on if I get offer letter with lets say 60% hike from a well known company.

Can my manager or supervisor retain me? Will they be doing it or not?

No. If they retain you then they will terminate you in next cycle. I do not understand why you want retaintion.

Forgot about retation now there is no difference in a fresher or an experienced person due to AI .It's not TCS it's everywhere. So you will not get a counter offer

It will be max 2x your experience. But that will all be dependant on your dependency in the project.

They can't give you a counter offer... management has frozen all counter offer and external hiring
