I have WFH with some days office visit mandatory per month, working in a service based MNC. I want to visit UAE just to stay with my friends who are working there, can my company detect when i connect wifi that my location is not India or there is some other way they can find out. Has any one been caught? What precautions can I take. 🙏🏻

Yes it can be detected easily. Follow proces and take prior approvals to avoid headache later.

Yes ip address gets tracked and also inbuilt softwares monitors your activity if it is installed by company like crowdstrike,zscaler etc
