Can My Band Be Changed from B to A If It Was Initially Submitted as A?

My manager and reviewer mentioned that my band was sent as ‘A’ in the Excel sheet but was received as ‘B’. They are advising me to go for a disagreement. Is it possible for the band to be changed from B to A?
