Can mastercard india offer 42 LPA FIXED ? 8YOE , Full Stack Dev.

I've an offer from one of the UK based banks for 41 LPA , 8 yoe , full stack dev.

Can mastercard offer around 42 lpa as a fixed compensation for L7 , SSE position? My current offer from them is 36 lpa. Should I even talk to HR mastercard about it or do I risk offer revokation?

Please help , my joining due next week.
