My manager 1st asked me don’t put resignation. Secondly he asked don’t raise e-separation to me, if it goes to him, he will reject it.

Nobody can reject your resignation, least they can do is, making you work for 90 days.

If manager ego hurts, putting NO for rehire option.

He can only change/fwd your resignation if hr doesn’t want to approve. Do t think their is an option to reject
