Can IT associates report to Chennai dlf for wfo compliance ?

Tcs people reporting to Chennai dlf.. can someone confirm if IT associates can swipe in and out for wfo compliance, either in block 3, 5 or 9

The security in tcs block 9 didn't allow me to swipe in stating that only BPS associates are allowed to enter. Didn't have the time to check in the other blocks regarding this.

Moreover my account doesn't have odc in chennai, so not getting information about this from my manager..
