Trending @Infosys; Can infy release me within a month?

Currently I'm on the bench and looking for a switch. Can HR give me release within one month as I don't have any dependency.

If you are on bench then you will be released immediately in 2-3 working days

That is NOT true it depends on the HR and Manager. Some definitely make you serve the complete notice period.
