No I did not but I know some who got. No letter will be given. Other projects may require you to come, if they don’t agree to your terms resign again

That’s a temporary bait by your manager even if you get it. Moment project /account / manager changes it will be reset. If you are ok with it go ahead . You won’t get a letter form HR stating your employment has be converter to permanent wfh.
