Trending @Wipro; Can i work from home for a month without managers approval, as i have already exhausted my WFH balance,any idea?

Only two options- reasonable accommodation if any medical emergency (goes to approval from vidal health medical team) and work from home through new hybrid policy change if shift starts or ends between 8 PM and 8 AM - requires project manager approval

For critical projects like banking i guess you cannot do and you will need the approval from manager and HR and if your reason is proper then they will approve
