Trending @Capgemini; Can I withdraw my resignation because I have not received any new job offer

This is my last month of notice period in capgemini and I have not received any offer letter from any company. Can I withdraw my resignation. I am in bench these days from last 2 months. Will they accept my withdrawal? Please reply your views on this

Don't lose hope, keep updating on Naukri. As the notice period is decreasing day by day, there will be more chances to get more calls. Keep brushing up yourself. Suppose once your notice period is completed, you will become the immediate joiner.

If you are thinking of withdrawing your resignation and suppose it will get approved, then what? You will be there in CG for some more time but there will be no respect for you, you may have worse days than before. So be yourself and be confident, keep motivating yourself and keep learning.

Whatever the skill set you have, there is an ocean of tutorials from where you can learn, practice and explore.

All the best!

I had a very bad experience with HCL, I resigned from hcl and didn't get offer outside. But when I tried withdrawing they refused. It was the most stupid mistake I made. I was so fortunate that after 3 days of my resignation I got couple of call and got offer letter. But it's a shear chance to happen with anyone. So be quick and withdraw. There is always a next time.

Apply for IJP and get selected for a project that PM needs to send a mail to HR then you can withdraw resignation

First of all Brother you shouldn’t have resigned if you weren’t having any job offer in hand …

Secondly, as you are in the last month of the notice period , I doubt if the HR or your manager would accept to withdraw …

My strong suggestion is to speak to Director or Program manager level person maybe but now accelerate your job search on a war footing front …..

Are you a fresher? Coz only freshers doing these things after their training and doing such mistakes. You should be aware how difficult the situation is outside. And anyhow taking a decision won't give you undo option even if you regret .
