Wait for some years so that it can accumulate to a lumpsum at that time if you withdraw then it will be useful to you for 2.5 years I assume barely you should have some 1 lakh or less than 1.5 lakh

Not any but you can try all of the options under GESS > Claims and Refunds > PF Withdrawal Request. If you're purchasing a house then you can get 80% and for medical and other expenses, it's barely anything.
