I need to travel 6 hrs from home so i need your help HRs Managers DU Leads everyone and anyone who knows please let me know if it's fine to visit ofc on weekends for once a week ofc policy because i can't travel and work on same days please help me manage my project my deteriorating health and my parents health they need attention please help i have taken exception for 2 months once can't take it again now and i think it will impact my promotion chances which are negible as i am an ASE Lvl 12 MAL 12 please help
My people lead is going to the office on Saturday to avoid traffic(BLR). Our manager has not raised any concern nor has the HR. And his attendance is also getting tracked.

No that's not allowed until you're working on a weekend with project manager approval that won't count
There are no loopholes as such, just risk getting emails and all. I have not heard anyone getting fired for this yet.
