Can I utilise the TCS Health Insurance wallet Balance for booking Full body Check Up?

Currently I am trying to book Full Body Check Up for my Wife using medi buddy application, In my wallet 12k amount is available but when ever after selecting the test at last its asking for payment? Can anyone suggest how to utilise the wallet balance? Or is it not allowed to use wallet balance for test booking? If not then for what purpose it can be utilised?

You can have sponsored full body health check up for yourself as per its availability at your location. For other family members you will need all required tests in a prescription. Once you select the tests and upload prescriptions it goes for verification
