Trending @Accenture; Can I use unassigned charge code, if I didn't receive any charge code ?

When I joined here, I was hard-locked to a project but did not receive any charge code, despite following up multiple times with HR and my manager. Since there was no response, I used an unassigned charge code. Will I still receive my salary? I have not received this month’s salary, possibly due to the late update of my bank details in the Allsec portal.
