Yes you can take back your resignation any time. But 1st discuss with your RMG and HR person that you want to continue here so you retract your resignation

Im resigning bcs i need project release, i recently joined . So IF they release me back to bench then can i take back my resignation.

They will not release you better go on Sick leave or emergency leave
