I joined in Accenture in 2022 it's been almost 3 years at Accenture but no hike nothing. Am getting 6.5LPA. Overall experience 4.9 years. Can I switch now or wait for the next appraisal cycle? How's the market now?
Better start applying for companies now and switch to another company.
