Trending @Infosys; Can I Switch or can wait for H1b or Canada visa?

I have been employed at Infosys for the past seven years. Would anyone recommend switching to another company for financial growth, or should I wait for a visa?

It depends on your priorities. . .
Other company will provide you a good salary hike and money, but you may not get onsite immediately or never get it If Infosys is giving you onsite , then it means a totally new perspective to work , life, savings and standards.
Both (money & onsite) cannot be compared, and both have their own pros and cons. Its you who have to decide what matters most for you.
