You can if you have been specifically recommended by Dr to restrict movement and travel during your final trimester or earlier. It should be on Dr's letterhead. It will count as Workplace Harrasment and also violation of right of unborn child by exposing Mother and child to dangerous elements while travelling etc...There is no precedent as far as I know, so be ready for a long haul legal battle and lots of expenses if you yourself are not a lawyer.

No, you can’t. There is no provision for WFH in maternity laws.
