My last working day is nearing and due to some personal reasons i cannot reach the office on my last working day for assests clearance. Is it ok that I submit the laptop and card a few days later of my last working day?

What is f&f. Btw do we get any money after resigning from wipro , like from the deduction every month from salary.

You won't get your last month's salary till the asset is submitted. Salary+ if any leaves are cashed + variable pay (if declared before you are getting released) in full and final settlement

Yes you can submit, after submitting only you will get your f&f processed between 7-15 days window, but starting from the asset submitted date.
