U will get a warning mail..and if u r teamlead is not so supportive then he'll simply drop a mail looping hr asking for a reason..and may MAY ask to raise exception..
If 1st time u r skipping then he'll drop mail looping hr for reason..
If 2nd time then exception drama he'll do

2 weeks?? Nah bro. Its 2 fortnight. First conseling mail to PL and reportee to report base location within next 3 days. 2 weeks no one even bat an eye. If policy changed recently then correct me.
