Can i shift internally from NON-IT to IT?

I carry 5 years of experience in KYC and 1 & half year of experience in Accenture as KYC analyst only and just now started I have with data analyst course outside Accenture can i get an internal movement for data analyst after i complete course and if there would be any changes in salary structure?
