Id card won't be needed at all. You just have to drop a mail to a certain mail id. The format of the mail and mail id of the recipient would be shared by the dealer themselves. You shall then receive an opportunity id. Share that with the dealer and they'll help avail the benefit. However, please note that this benefit might not be applicable for all the Tata models.
