Can I resign without offer?

I am a Java full stack developer wanted to switch my company can I keep the papers? I have 3 yoe as of March 2026. Every cal recruiters are asking notice period and last working day so couldn't give any interviews either. Pls suggest should I keep papers. If I didn't crack any job in 3 months I'm sure my managers/hr will not retain me.

I think it is possible to cancel your resignation. But after cancelling you cannot resign for another year.

I am not sure if this policy is still there

It is always better to resign once you get an offer letter, but if you are really confident on your skills then you are more than welcome to try your luck

Do not resign without offer if you are in hyderabad. I did in may still no job . This is my advice again it depends on skills as well.

If you have less than 10 years of experience then you can resign but you should have prepared for interviews
