Can I resign. No salary increase since 5yrs

YOE: 4yr 5month In-hand: 56k/ Month (7.9LPA) First salary: 54k (6LPA) no variable WFO index < 50% as unable to travel 50km/ day

A band rating last 4yrs Joined as Management Consultant MBA in 2020 Role: Critical resource

Project not ready to give hike even if I try to go into notice period /change project

Manager insisting to take up additional responsibility and new role within project. But TCS role is Y grade only and no hope of promotion.

Thinking to resign and start job search as 90 days notice period is difficult to find other companies.

Salary is almost same since 5yrs. Unable to manage expense with current inflation.

Putting paper and searching job is always not a good way .. get an offer at least in a small company and put papers

It's like months I have this thought. Not able to tolerate any more.

Project wants me to work on many roles working on multiple systems. Recently planning to tag our team for another region ALONG with existing responsibility

I'm waiting for bands to be released. After that I'm going to resign and search outside. Most probably with the current scenario my project will retain me. That's the only backup I have
