I have almost less than 2 months left on my probation I had completed my L1 in February after that I have done 2 different advanced training in the same domain .
Will there be any consequences if I resign before my probation ends? Do I have to serve my notice period even if I'm a benched employee? Is there any other way not to serve notice period?

In the OL it's mentioned that if the company terminates your assignment during probation you'll get 2 month of salary however when we terminate, we'll have to serve 3 months
