Can I resign for the second time? and again cancel it a second.
After withdrawing my resignation at TCS, is it possible to resign again within four months and then cancel it once more? Would TCS likely approve multiple resignation withdrawals, and how might this impact my professional reputation and relationships at work?. All this I am doing because notice period is too long no one is accepting this notice period, that's why taking risk to get new offers.
You can resign multiple times but it depends in what duration and does you story gets herd. If you just say that you are resigning as you are looking for opportunities outside it wont work. First time make an excuse of family dynamics and second time something else. Also dont resign again in short duration. Best place for hunt for job is from rmg. I got early release when i resigned on bench.
