Trending @Infosys; Can I resign even no offer in hand

I have 5 companies interview schedule back to back but more focus on IBM, can I resign without any offer in hand. Because most of the company asks for immediate joining..please suggest..it helps me to decide..

Don't do that. Incase your Manager approves your resignation then it's not possible to take paper back. Its too risky and one of my colleague got struck with same decision and still he is searching for job. Fyi,
He is having 5 yoe.

Ohh..okay..in my team one person she always showing my mistake infront of all team members if any single one is I did..always dominate me and showing in front of client and manger as she is the best in all things..I am realm very frustrating about her behaviour and the way she is talking
