I have just revoked my resignation in Accenture 1 month back but now I have gotten an offer ,can I resign again within months or there is some cooling period in Accenture?

Check if the resignation portal is allowing you to submit the resignation again. If yes, then go ahead. You have the right to resign.

It's your right to resign and it will not have to do anything with your Manager or HR
