Hello all,

Can i resign if I am retained in December. now I am not having a good project and the seniors are pressrizing me no promotion and in a apressal l they give me a ranking which is 4.

then why they rehired me i am unable to understand .

If I get a good offer can I resign and do i need to give back the variable which I received ?

Yes you can resign. You received your variable pay for 2024. Now you don't need to give it back. If you had received it in Jan and you were resigning in March, then you have to repay it.
