Hi All, I would like to tell you last week my health was not well That's why I took leaves but in between my project manager stressed me too much so i resigned on mail only not on system now they want to talk but not sure what I need to do.they will called me on 2 days later to put back resignation bit If I will not on system then they will terminate me anyway in future also . my mind is telling one sent mail then leave and apply other side but for that I need at least 3 months but manager told will release you next week if you want I am feeling little bit fear can they fires me without notice period so within that time difficult to find job outside.
Important thing is look back in past 6 months and try to recall your rights/wrongs into the project. Has the manager started this behavior now only or there is a history and they have been trying to build a case against you?
If except last week all look good then nothing to worry, just send another note stating I was emotionally imbalanced due to my poor health and sent that resignation email. Kindly ignore that and I will be happy to contribute further.
If there is a history and case has been built then better look for a job outside as immediate joiner. Termination will damage your future career due to feedback relieving letter buy you will get 3 months pay as severance. While in the other case they will ask you to resign so that company can save 3 months pay.

Today I finally resigned from the company Now it's clear that they have found my replacement. I have done lots of hard work for the project but finally they are not appreciated from the last 9 months. this is the worst company I have faced in my life work on holidays and all but now feel so regret

What is mean by resigned in mail not on system?
Is any specific pattern to follow for resign ?

And one more, if your manager told you about the release that to early release (1 week) . It clearly indicates that manger don’t want to you in the project. Either you will move to bench or asks for resign.
They don’t simply terminate, they will ask employee to put papers, if employee rejects then might chance for termination.
I can communicate but is that good if I have resigned on mail but it looks like I need them for my financial dependency they may think he is not confident to go to the market and get another job. once we resign we should go outside because now teams perception is not the same as previous one
1st depend your health how much time u need to recover. As my example I have resign previous company bcz I need some time to recover.Don't avoid and communication is better to avoid all problem.
