Trending @Capgemini; Can I request monitor and chair?

I work in hybrid mode and report to office 3 days a week. Is it possible to request a monitor and a chair from my manager? Or whom should I ask to approve? On what criteria does it depend on. Ps I work in a support project in FS BU
