Can I Request a Project Change Instead of Resigning?
I am currently working on a project that I am unable to continue due to working on Saturday and Sundays there is no KT simply they are asking count count how many u completed taks like that. I am considering submitting my resignation, but I am willing to work if I am allocated to another project.
If I mention in my resignation email that I am open to working on a different project but not the current one, is it likely that the HR or RMG team will consider reallocating me?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or have any advice on how to approach this?

You won’t be able to change your project until you serve 18months on current project which ur working. This is as per sop for almost every project. Please consult with your manager regarding your sop and proceed changing project if u served 18months, if not there is no option
