Can i repair my TCS laptop from outside is there any risk or impact if i repair laptop from outside??

And for submit the old asset i need to go mumabi then came back again kolkata so too much confusion

Yes i have seen such cases...unfortunately you will have to go to Mumbai to return your laptop. There is no other way around it.

Actually the whole scrnario is that my base location is mumbai but now i am working in kolkata office since last 1 yrs and just few daya ago my laptop got turned off in middle of work and when i raised ticket under tcs kolkata location so the guy inspected and found is out of warranty now we will allot you permanent aseet not temporary but now the twist i got email today that you allocated new asset kindly collect tomorrow but the old asset is with me only and before submitting the old asset is they will ptovide me new asset??????

You shouldn't. It's security violence. Better to go to IS team and ask them for repair or replacement
