Trending @Infosys; Can I reject the IJP after accepting it?
I have been selected and offered a new role through IJP recently. I refused to move forward even before the release date as I got to know from sources it is expected to work for 16-18 hrs including weekends. Now HR says I cannot step back since it was my choice. Is there any policy other than resigning that I can come out of that PU? Please suggest.

look they cannot force you to work on every weekend and 16-18 hrs also
I don't think so u have any restriction to accept IJP offer mandatorily. You can still reject by quoting some reason but it just impact your future IJP selection. Nothing more than this...you better ask them where is the policy and be confident to go with your choice then they can't do anything
Join that with the condition that you will work only during normal working hours.
