Hi, There is no notice period while you are in bench. I got relieved within 24 hrs while i resigned from TCS during my tenure in RMG. So one need to calculate the resignation date correctly since the recruiting organization may question your credentials if you convey them that you were releived in 1 day. Please think and apply resignation accordingly

Bro the notice will not be implied at all as you won't be having any work in that stage ... Making them no other option than relieve you from the company as soon as possible if you tend to resign from here...
So 1) If I resign my notice period will be 90 days right ?
2) And if I ask my rmg to reduce it to 30-60 days what he will do
