Can I reach out to HR ?

Management planning to move me to the another team within same project . I don’t want to move that team as they has night shift. How should I oppose them ? Can I reach out to HR ?

You cant do much about it.. they have all the right to move you in any team... if u have some problem with night shift.. u can talk to HR with reasons.
