Can I Mark mail to HR for the misbehaviour of my manager , can this lead to hold of my bonus now.or should I wait for bonus to come and than

HR works for manager, not otherwise. HR are just supporting bodies of an organisation, they do what is needed by the high powered guys who run the show. So yes, not only it won’t do anything, it may certainly affect the Bonus. (I am assuming though, that it is not POSH case here.) So If at all you want to formally complain, there is only one proper way. Resign, leave the organisation, let F&F come, and then send a detailed email to every top guy out there.

I have complaint multiple times to the HR when I was under a horrible boss. I must have complaint 30-40 times, after that they transferred me. She tried to stop my promotion, but my second manager was a good person… he helped me to get my promotion. I just feel I got lucky. So conclusion of the story is that.. take the bonus and leave this organization.

Ofcourse,and you have to join icici terminate employees group, already the matter is in parliament,you should joiin and share you story with them

Noone can stop your bonus now,but there no use of complaining to HR even
