Trending @Accenture; Can I make adjustment in previous months myTE?

My location is changing from Noida to Kolkata from March. I currently have 45 earned leaves which can be carried forward in Noida but in Kolkata the limit is 28 days only. I raised a ticket to know what will happen to the extra 17 earned leaves and got the reply that they will get lapsed. Can I go to previous months and change casual sick leaves into earned leaves in myTE to save some of my leaves?

Check for leave policy if there is any encashment policy...for Hyderabad leave encashment policy is there....I don't recall other locations.
Yes, you can do it for the past 3 Month's but make sure to take concern from your supervisor and he should be notified for any adjustments because myte audits related to billing occurs it will be a compliance issue and may get termination. I guess if manager agrees he will do some adjustments in billing

As far as I know encashment can be done upon separation only. Even I was thinking that I will get encashment for extra 17 earned leaves but they replied it will get lapsed!
