Can I leave within a month MNC it will affect my resume.If I will getting a good amount of offer. Is it advisable?

Actually I cleared Accenture all round but did not get an offer letter yet and salary discussion also. But next Monday I have a joining date in Capgemini I can't tell to extend 2 times I told Capgemini HR. How to deal with this situation please suggest
