Can I join Capgemini?
I have joined TCS in 2020 as a fresher. Since then I have been working on different projects and with default promotions(now in C1) grade. I got an offer from Capgemini with CTC of 6.5 LPA in Bangalore. Is it a good offer for a 5.5 year PLSQL Developer? Could someone give your valuable feedback on this?

Ideally bit less for a 5.5 YOE , but depends on your current salary if the % hike is substantial then you can seriusly think

Bro way too less, if you have accepted try to use that as counter offer. You can easily get atleast 15lpa
