@Manny01 Netwrking is the key, I would say. Keep searching for someone who is in your preferred domain and holds some say in hiring (CL8 and above people). Contact them and show your progress in terms of certification and knowledge that why you would be a great fit for the role. Basically sell yourself fairly. Good Luck!

Everything is possible. Try. Fail. Try again. Don't stop until you get it. I hope you're preparing yourself with Data engineering subjects.
You have checked with your management if they agree to release you from your current role. If they do not agree with this, then this will not happens in Accenture. Only the bootlickers will get the promotions and movement on a better profiles.
