Can I go to the office on weekends to maintain my RTO index
My QVA got cut out last quarter. But in the current quarter I've visited the office for a total of only 17 days. Now I have a whole 30 days of September including weekends, with weekend visits I can achieve my RTO goal but is weekends accepted while considering RTO?
You can go on weekends. But if the total working days itself is only 20. Then at most you can clock in only 20. Even if you go, it will be of no use.
Let me explain. Index is calculated as an avg of 3 months.
If you are 100% in July 20% in Aug 100% in sep ( even if you go 30 out of 30, it is only 100%)
Index calc will be 100+20+100 / 3
Point being.
If you miss going on weekdays in this month, you can match that by going on weekends.
But if you miss past month, then going to extra days on weekend this month will be of no use.
Because 20 out of 20 working days is 100% If you got 25 days also it will still be 100%
