Attendance will be marked but there will be one more row for presence in designated facility .It will be shown as absence in designated facility.

It’s generally okay as long as your leads are aware. I have a lot of my team members falling into this category and there’s been no issue. Having said that, you never know when the policy changes and people start getting flagged.
