Can i give resignation after withdrawal of resignation in 1 month

Hi i gave resignation some months back, and in july i have withdrawn resignation in aug. Now again i am putting pappers, they are saying there is a policy, i can not give resignation again. There is a policy my manager saying.

Do anyone of you knows about this kind of policy are there in tcs?
