He’s very good at what he does. But it’s almost impossible to have a meeting with him as he smells real bad.
I don’t know if it’s genetics, personal hygiene. He also smokes a lot.
Give me some ideas on how to communicate this to him?

It’s best to just tell him that you can’t stand the smell of cigarettes because it irritates your eyes. Still, if you don’t wanna be so direct, throw him some fake involuntary actions when you’re around him; like being all normal before he comes and then suddenly covering your nose while speaking to him. Do this a few time and hope he gets the signal😂 Otherwise, just name him in the peakon surveys and ask him to fix the odour situation 😂
